Community Development

Our company has successfully developed or leveraged $2.5 Billion worth of financing for more than 12,000 housing units. We have created some of the most innovative community development programs in the nation, including the New York State Housing Trust Fund Program. Low Income Housing Tax Credit Advisory Services
